When You Stop Mistaking Behavior for Identity, Healing Begins
Behavior Is Not Identity — But This Is Where Change Begins
You want that change.
You can see it, even crave it.
And you even feel the ache when others have it.
But then your mind whispers:
“I don’t deserve that. Look at my patterns. Look at my behavior.”
And you start stacking evidence against yourself.
The times you over-ate.
The things you said.
The messages you ignored.
The workouts you skipped.
The promises you broke — to others… and mostly to yourself.
But here’s the truth your nervous system has been dying to hear:
"Your behavior is not You".
It’s not even half.
It’s just a snapshot. A flicker.
A momentary reflection of who your inner being thought you were in that moment.
And I am sure, you'd agree with me when I say, "it's outdated".
You’ve been judging yourself with a version of you based on past programming — not present truth.
Behavior is not identity. At least not current identity.
For the most part — It is...A default setting.
A neurological association of action<=>reaction that never got updated.
Let’s rewire that echo.
Deep beneath that echo — is the True You — The consciousness that facilitates all experiences.
The one who keeps imagining the new future, sick of playing small.
Whispering:
“There’s got to be more to this.”
I don’t just work with people who feel ready.
I love my work with people who feel haunted by the gap between who they are… and who they were taught to be.
This is where we begin the work.
Together, we don’t just shift thoughts.
We reprogram the story of the mind (the subconscious)
and the feelings in the body (the nervous system),
so completely… that reality itself starts to feel different.
You begin to notice life with a new spin.
You feel different… now.
There’s no such thing as real reality.
Not from your perspective as a human.
Why?
Because 4 out of 5 of your senses are processed data.
What you see, hear, feel, taste, and smell — most of it is perceived, not raw.
So you’ve been reacting to a world shaped by old patterns, beliefs, and assumptions.
As we move forward together...
You’ll begin to see life, your Self, and everything around you
from the perspective of the person you want to become.
But there’s just one catch…
Your Decision to Trust Your Coach
Not just mentally.
But in the nervous system.
Not the way you trust a product.
But the way your subconscious trusts a signal.
A frequency. A guide. A presence.
This isn’t just philosophy. It’s science.
Studies show that the relationship between a client and their coach directly impacts transformation.
It activates oxytocin, reduces the amygdala’s fear responses, and opens the door for neuroplasticity to do its work.

So many clients got results not because I fixed them…
…but because they were ready.
They made the decision to allow.
To let go.
To step in.
And I simply helped facilitate what their system was already trying to do.
A 50+ year-old man — released a 35-year phobia in one session.
A woman — lost 50 lbs in 5 months after years of emotional eating and inner chaos.
A man — ended a 16-year smoking habit in just 8 minutes.
Not miracles.
Just the right tools. The right state. The right trust.
💡 How Do You Begin Trusting?
Not in theory — but in your nervous system.
🔹 1. Say it out loud:
“I am ready to make this change happen now, for all the right reasons, in all the right manners.
And I am open to changes on all levels of my being.”
Let your voice command your subconscious.
🔹 2. Create a sacred cue:
Before each session, place your hand on your heart or forehead and whisper:
“I trust this journey of transformation & trust myself, my subconscious —
because I know that the intelligent being in me knows the smoothest, simplest way possible for me to make that shift now.”
🔹 3. Set the mental contract:
“I choose to trust my Coach, Jag Singh, to help make this change quick.
Not only that, I choose to make this shift through this system in the best way possible — and be consciously aware of it.”
Final Word:
I promise you this:
As long as you’ve made this agreement with yourself — now —
You are ready to evolve to your next level.
Cheers.
See you in your next session.
Get ready to experience awesomeness…
For all the right reasons, in all the right ways.
